Alice Scales
Alice ran a successful language school in Paris for 14 years. During this time, she went beyond language teaching, and her practice over the years developed to include negotiation, presentation and diplomacy as an art in business. She has worked in these roles with a wide range of companies including Morgan Stanley, Axa Private Equity, Allen and Overy, Gide Loyrette Nouel, Publicis and Arthur Andersen.

Alice is an NLP Practitioner and is TEFL and Montessori qualified. She is also a member of The Franco-British Chamber of Commerce, Paris and an active member of the Young Executives and Executive Forum.
Her practice of NLP comes as a natural extension of her wide-ranging coaching skills, increasing the rigour with which she applies her natural qualities of sensitivity and humour. She works with both corporate and private individuals.
Alice approaches every situation with the firm belief that the resources we need to achieve goals are within reach. Finding and drawing them out is an adventure; challenging, fascinating and even fun! She creates a rapport which allows clients to feel comfortable and able to talk; reducing stress through humour and perspective.
