Barbara Fossi
Barbara spent fifteen years in sales and marketing roles in the financial sector, working internationally for companies including Merrill Lynch. She specialises in cross-cultural coaching, with experience of working with individuals and teams working in ‘hostile’ environments.

Barbara coaches and builds teams specialising in the financial and design sectors. She has also worked for charities operating around the world, focusing on building better communication channels between international teams. She has coached individuals in charge of emergency projects. Her international placements have included Bosnia and Northern Sri Lanka (the Tiger Tamil area.)
Barbara is fluent in Italian and English. Originally from Milan, she lived in New York City before moving to London in 2001. She is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Coach. She coaches in the UK and internationally.
