Eva Wieprecht
Eva began her career in banking and moved to the consultancy industry with her MBA (University of Cologne) in Marketing and HR Management. She worked for KPMG and Gerling Consulting Group as a project manager and consultant for business development and Business Process Re-engineering projects.
Eva also has a strong leadership background from leading a mid-sized family owned company in the facility management/service industry. She was responsible for 2500 part and fulltime employees. Her activities ranged from HR management to business development.

- Presentation and Performance Coaching (including behaviour, confidence and voice training)
- Executive coaching with an emphasis on natural leadership skills
Eva is a member of GLC (Global Association of Certified trainer of NLPU), DVNLP (German NLP Association) and the Forum für Werteorientierung (a community that agrees on specific work ethics for coaches.) She is an NLP Master Practitioner and a certified coach and trainer with NLPU. Eva is based in Germany where she works as a trainer and coach. She provides her work in German as well as in English.
Eva believes that visionary leadership skills and the awareness of the need to connect to the environment and the bigger picture are the key success factors of business for today and tomorrow.
