Helen Neal is an executive coach and HR development consultant with a coaching style that is honest, knowledgeable, pragmatic and commercial. She has twenty years experience in various roles both in professional practise and industry.

Helen Neal has held various roles in industry including experience in marketing, R&D, distribution and manufacturing. For several years she was an HR Director with a firm of chartered accountants where, following an operational role, she specialised in employment law and training and development. She was involved in a number of major projects, ranging from setting up an HR department and appointing 100 staff in a start up situation to the development of a range of career interventions in order to identify high performers and offer appropriate development to all.
