Ingrid has over twenty years of professional experience in various fields and has spent the last 10 years in a consultancy & coaching context. Working with people to help them become more aware of their strengths and weaknesses and possibilities and limitations creates added value, not only for the organizations they work in, but also to themselves.

Ingrid has worked with a very diverse clientele and has a background in a commercial management role. She feels at home in both profit and not-(yet)- for profit sectors. Her professionalism and approach in work is enhanced by her background in Ned Herrmann Brain Dominance profiling, her training with NLP trainer NLPU (Robert Dilts), Daniel Ofman’s core qualities and Barrett’s cultural value assessments.
Ingrid is result-oriented and strives to touch her clients on a deeper emotional level. She puts emphasis on the bigger picture and the individual’s ability to affect and change their environment. The client-coach relationships are therefore strong and long-lasting.
