Irene Zalessky
Irene has a strong background in finance, commerce, consultancy and coaching.
She spent 14 years working in the City of London in the securities industry for blue-chip financial institutions such as Cazenove and Co. and BZW, and ran her own import agency for six years. She currently works as an individual executive/career coach, drawing on her wide business experience and the understanding she has gained through her own personal and professional development.

Irene holds a BSc (Economics) degree from the University of London. She is a member of The Chartered Financial Institute in the USA (CFA) and an associate member of The Society of Investment Professionals in the UK (ASIP). She is a founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists, of the Association of Coaching and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is an affiliate member of The British Psychological Society, of the Special Group in Coaching Psychology (SGCP) and of the Division of Occupational Psychology.
Irene has worked on a one-on-one basis with high-potential executives and senior management from a wealth of industries. She is passionate about helping them overcome limiting beliefs that might block change and growth. Her focus is to help them realise their personal and business goals.
Irene believes firmly in continuous professional development and has completed a wide range of trainings, including an in-depth course in organisational consultancy at The Tavistock Clinic. Irene is an accredited NLP and Values Alignment coach and a qualified MBTI™ practitioner. She also has a good command of French and German.
