Jeffrey has extensive corporate and working experience in various government, commercial, media and education corporations and organisations, such as The Hong Kong SAR Government, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Television Broadcast Limited (TVB), Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK), and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Widely travelled, Jeffrey trains, coaches and consults internationally, has lived in the United Kingdom and the U.S.A., China and currently resides in Hong Kong. He is proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Jeffrey received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with Honours (Major: Management of International Business; Minor: Journalism and Communication) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, his Master of Arts in Linguistics from The University of Hong Kong and is currently undertaking a Doctor ate in Education of The University of Bristol in the UK.
As a language and acting enthusiast, Jeffrey studied advanced linguistic and theatre at The University of California at Berkeley (UC Berkeley) in the U.S.A. In 2003 Jeffrey was awarded The Chung Chi Academic Creativity Award by The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is President of the International Association of Professional Trainers (IAPT), a Certified Hypnotherapist – American Board of Hypnotherapist (ABH), Certified Timeline Therapist – Timeline Therapy Association (TLTA), U.S.A. and a Certified NLP Master Practitioner – International Association for NLP (IANLP), Switzerland.
