Nataly Chevrier

Nataly has been coaching professionals and managers for more than ten years on career, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills development. She works in an international environment with multinationals, and in small and medium size companies in the high-tech industry. Her private practice includes a diversity of clients from various professional and cultural backgrounds.

In a business environment where change occurs rapidly, managers and executives need to build on their business and personal skills in order to be successful while keeping a healthy balance. This is where the coach will check with the client that his/her goals and aspirations are taken into account both within the company vision and the business environment.

Nataly’s most important outcome is to provide the client with the space in which they can become fully aware of both their resources and shortcomings, and take full responsibility for their own development.

Nataly is a Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation (ACC), and Coach-U and an NLP Practitioner. She has an MBA in Change Management (IAE Aix-en-Provence) where she also coached MBA participants.
