Rob McPherson
Rob has worked as an independent Business Psychologist for 10 years, gaining experience in a wide range of business sectors. He enjoys applying his understanding of the psychology of individuals, teams and organisations to support people in the world of work. Prior to working as a Business Psychologist, Rob worked for Health and Social Services with people with disabilities.

Rob is qualified in the use of a wide range of psychometric assessments including
16PF, MBTI, OPQ, MQ, HDS, CPI, MVPQ, Bar-On EQi and CPP, as well as many ability assessments
He is a member of the British Psychological Society, the Association of Business Psychologists and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. He has a BSc. Psychology, an MSc. in Business Psychology and a Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring Practice which he is currently extending to diploma level.
Rob believes in the right of everyone to be individual and to seek fulfilment through the pursuit of their aspirations. He believes that everyone has access to the resources they need to achieve this fulfilment and that the coaching process can help to unlock these resources. This impacts his coaching approach in that he encourages individuals to identify their strengths and motivations and to find ways to apply these in their work setting.
