Susan Brodie
Susan has a wealth of experience in HR, management development, change management, coaching and career counselling. She started her career in retailing, working in a variety of roles focussing on resourcing, change management and management development. She now works with a range of clients from the retail, legal and financial services sectors.
Expertise:
- Working with people at all levels in an organisation to gain clarity on what they are seeking to achieve.
- Helping directors to be clear on their vision and strategy.
- Enabling individuals to identify their goals.
- Having clarified the end goals, she then coaches clients to evolve strategies and processes that help them achieve their goals.
Susan has an MA in Psychology, is a Master NLP practitioner, has attained levels A and B in psychometric testing and has a certificate in assessment centre design. She is also an MIPD (Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.)
Susan is experienced in the design and delivery of management and team development and customer service programmes. She has extensive expertise in the design and application of competency frameworks, 360 feedback processes and the use of distance learning. She is also a skilled coach, helping individuals on a variety of issues including performance, leadership, career and life issues.
Susan now lives in Edinburgh.
