Starting from a solid base as manager and chief of staff for international corporate leaders, educators and diplomats in France, Malaysia and Africa over the last twenty years, Constance formalised her coaching skills as a response to market demand for multi-cultural coaches.
- Establishing rapport to instill trust & energy in individual coaching.
- Facilitating cross-cultural and bilingual English-French communications.
- Designing custom programme development to suit individual and corporate needs.
- Training for leadership, creativity, and personal/professional development.
- Coach-writing (from CVs to novels).
Constance’s aim is to accompany corporations in an organic fashion through expansion, down-sizing, mergers, take-overs or other major upheavals in corporate life; teams and individuals facing inter-cultural or cross-corporate challenges; and individuals facing personal stress due to change (marriage, divorce, death, pregnancy, job loss, promotions, career re-orientation, higher education, etc.) Her specialties are career coaching and "birthing books," a coach-writing process that represents a viable alternative to ghost writing for would-be authors.
Applying an unusual creativity-development group-coaching process called "Leadership in the Louvre," she encourages business people, doctors, nurses and engineers to explore right-brain (non rational) approaches to leadership and organizational challenges.
She is deeply committed to on-going education in developing countries, often cooperating on the conception of customized executive education programs and approaches designed to fill specific needs in a rapidly changing and ever-challenging world. She is a regular coach-tutor at ESSEC, one of France's top five "grandes écoles" and teaches master's level human resources for a hospitality management programme in France.
Constance holds a Master's in Teaching from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (USA). She is a certified NLP Practitioner and a member of the International Coach Federation and The European Professional Women's Network. She holds a press card from The National Writer's Union (USA.)
